About our classes
Boot Camp
A high-energy class that blends strength training and cardiovascular conditioning to help build muscle, boost endurance, and improve overall fitness. Each class format varies to keep your body challenged and your mind engaged. Modifiable for all fitness levels.
Abs & Core
This focused 30-minute workout targets the foundation of your body: the core. Strengthen your abdominal muscles, lower back, and pelvic region to improve posture, balance, and overall stability. A great add-on or standalone session for all fitness levels.
Fit 360
Fit 360 is a full-body functional training class that combines strength, cardio, balance, and core work. Designed to improve mobility, endurance, and daily movement, this class helps you build the kind of fitness that supports your life—everywhere you go.
Tabata
A fast-paced interval training class based on the Tabata method: 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest, with a 1-minute recovery after each full cycle. This class boosts endurance, burns calories, and improves overall strength using short bursts of high-intensity movement.
Total Body
A full-body workout that blends upper body, lower body, core, and cardio training into one energizing session. Expect a variety of movements using hand weights to tone muscles and boost endurance. Great for all fitness levels and perfect for mid-week motivation.
